  • Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for services.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Mediation and Arbitration Process

  • EquiResolve provides a platform for dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration.

  • The process is voluntary and requires the consent of all parties involved.

  • Mediators and arbitrators are neutral third parties who facilitate the resolution process.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Users agree to pay all fees associated with the services as outlined on our website.

  • Payment is required in advance for all services unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of services.

6. Confidentiality

  • All information disclosed during the mediation or arbitration process is confidential.

  • Parties agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of all parties involved.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • EquiResolve is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

  • Our total liability to any user for any claims arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the user for the services.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

  • Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

9. Changes to Terms

  • EquiResolve reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through our website.

  • Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Services Delivery and Refunds Policy

1. Service Delivery

  • EquiResolve is committed to providing timely and efficient mediation and arbitration services.

  • Upon confirmation of payment, users will receive a confirmation email with details of the scheduled mediation or arbitration session.

  • Sessions are conducted via [online platform/in-person], as specified during the booking process.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Users may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least seven (7) days’ notice.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within seven (7) days of the scheduled session may incur a fee.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled session.

  • Partial refunds (50%) are available for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled session.

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session or for no-shows.

4. Service Quality

  • EquiResolve strives to ensure the highest quality of service. If users are not satisfied with the service provided, they may contact us to discuss their concerns.

  • We will review all feedback and complaints and make efforts to resolve any issues to the user's satisfaction.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be provided for services that have been substantially performed or completed.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues or mediator unavailability), EquiResolve may offer a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
